If you are facing license activation issues with HelpieKB or Helpie FAQ please follow the steps below.<\/p>\n

The password to your account would be sent along with the license email. You could also request for password change and choose your own password.<\/p>\n

In the dashboard, you can find the list of websites in which you have installed Helpie plugins.

Here you can deactivate the license of sites in which you want to remove the plugin so that you can use the license on a new site.

Upgrading or Canceling a Subscription also in the Renewals & Billing tab<\/li>\n
